This contact address reaches the website operator. To follow game releases, leave feedback for the creators, or support their work, use the official VC Studios game page.
If a customer is stuck, include the last dialogue, requested items and payment amount when reporting the game issue. Those details are more useful than “it does not work.”

For a correction, send the relevant page and a source where possible. For an artwork, hosting or rights enquiry, identify the material and how we can contact you. The game and its artwork remain the property of their creators.
